Healthy Living Programs
EveryBODY is unique. That is why I offer two distinct programs. You may want personalized, one-on-one sessions. Or maybe you are more motivated in a group environment. Either way, I've got you covered.
The Healthy Living Individual Program
As your personal health coach, we will work closely to identify how you would like to improve your overall wellbeing. Whether its eating better, exercising more, taking more time for yourself, or managing stress, I will provide recommendations and accountability to help you improve your overall day-to-day health.

In addition to bi-monthly sessions, the following are also included in your program:

Book recommendations

Exercise suggestions/goals

Sessions are 50 minutes, 2 times per month
Program lasts 6 months
Offered in person or virtually

Monthly fee: $195 per month (includes 2 sessions per month)


The Healthy Living Group Workshop
If you are someone that is motivated in a group atmosphere, this is the option for you. Gather some friends or allow me to create a group of like-minded individuals for you.

In a group session, there will be customized topics of discussion, as well as time to address and share individual health challenges and goals.
​
Weekly topics will be based on the group's interests and needs. Examples could include:

Healthy cooking for a family

Fitting in a workout during busy times

Finding calm in the storm of family life

Sessions are 90 minutes, two times per month
Program lasts 4 months
Offered in-person or virtually
​
Monthly fee: $100/month (per person)
